Metal stamping is a manufacturing process that uses stamping presses and dies to apply pressure to metal sheets, performing operations such as punching, blanking, bending, and forming to produce metal parts with specific shapes and dimensions. Goang Huah Metal has capabilities in precision metal stamping and die development, producing electronic components, automotive parts, metal shielding covers, hardware parts, and various custom stamped components. Through precision measurement and quality inspection, we help ensure dimensional accuracy and stable mass production.
Our products are widely used across a range of industries, including electronic components such as connector terminals and conductive spring contacts, automotive applications such as stamped components, brackets, and structural parts, architectural hardware such as door and window fittings, lock components, and structural connectors, as well as home appliances. Whether for high-volume standardized production or low-volume, high-mix custom requirements, Goang Huah provides manufacturing solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
Goang Huah offers flexible production arrangements, and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) varies depending on product specifications, material, tooling method, and manufacturing process. For new product development or special projects, small-batch trial production can also be evaluated based on actual requirements. We recommend providing your product drawings, material specifications, and estimated order quantity. Our team will evaluate the most suitable production method and order quantity based on your project requirements. Please feel free to contact us for further discussion.
The lead time depends on the complexity of the product. A typical process includes die design (5–10 working days), die fabrication (10–20 working days), and trial stamping and sampling (3–5 working days), followed by mass production after customer approval. Overall, the process from design confirmation to the first mass-production delivery typically takes approximately 4–6 weeks. For urgent projects, we can also evaluate expedited production arrangements to help shorten the lead time.
Yes. Goang Huah Metal provides a complete service from drawing evaluation, material and process recommendations, die design and development, trial stamping and sampling, to mass production. We can evaluate custom projects based on customer drawings, specifications, and product requirements. With extensive experience in precision metal stamping and die development, we plan suitable stamping processes and tooling solutions based on product structure, material characteristics, dimensional tolerances, and production requirements, helping customers improve development efficiency and mass-production stability.
Common materials we work with include cold-rolled steel (SPCC), hot-rolled steel (SPHC), stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316), copper alloys such as phosphor bronze and beryllium copper, and aluminum alloys such as 5052 and 6061. If you have special material requirements, Goang Huah’s engineering team can also assist with material evaluation and testing to help determine the most suitable material for your application.
