Precision Craftsmanship, Driving the Future of Industry

Advanced Equipment and Proven Expertise, Delivering Complete Metal Stamping Solutions Across Diverse Industries

STEP 01

Requirement Consultation & Specification Review

We begin by understanding each customer's specific requirements, including product drawings, material type, sheet thickness, dimensional tolerances, surface treatment, estimated production volume, and delivery schedule. We also review the product's intended application and quality requirements in detail. Through thorough communication at the early stage, potential manufacturing issues can be identified in advance, helping reduce the risk of later design changes or rework. With extensive experience in precision metal stamping, Goang Huah Metal assists customers in evaluating manufacturing feasibility from the design stage and establishes a solid foundation for subsequent tooling development and stable mass production.

STEP 02

Process Evaluation & Quotation

Once the product requirements are confirmed, we evaluate the most suitable stamping process and tooling solution based on part geometry, material properties, sheet thickness, tolerances, and estimated production volume. Material utilization, production efficiency, and secondary processing requirements are also taken into consideration. For parts involving special dimensions, bending, tapping, surface treatment, or tighter tolerances, manufacturing risks are carefully assessed in advance. Through comprehensive process planning and cost analysis, we provide clear and competitive quotations for tooling and production while developing a cost-effective manufacturing solution that balances quality, efficiency, and production stability.

STEP 03

Tooling Design & Fabrication

After the quotation and manufacturing plan are approved, the project proceeds to tooling design and fabrication. Based on the product structure, material characteristics, production volume, and dimensional tolerances, we plan the appropriate sequence of punching, forming, bending, cutting, and other stamping operations. Our tooling design focuses not only on product accuracy, but also on production stability, tool life, and ease of maintenance. With years of experience in stamping die development and precision metal stamping, we carefully manage each stage from tooling design and machining to assembly and adjustment, creating reliable conditions for trial production and future mass production.

STEP 04

Tool Trial, Prototyping & Sample Approval

After the tooling is completed, we proceed with die assembly, trial stamping, and sample production. Key characteristics such as punched features, dimensions, bending angles, appearance, and other critical specifications are inspected against the customer's drawings. If dimensional deviations, forming issues, or process instability are identified during the trial stage, the tooling and process parameters are adjusted accordingly until the required quality standards are achieved. Samples can then undergo dimensional inspection and quality verification before being submitted for customer approval. Mass production begins only after the samples and related specifications have been confirmed, reducing the risk of quality issues during full-scale production.

STEP 05

Metal Stamping Mass Production & Process Monitoring

Once the samples are approved, mass production is scheduled according to the customer's order requirements. Appropriate stamping machines, tooling, and processing conditions are selected based on the characteristics of each product. Throughout production, critical dimensions, appearance, and process conditions are continuously monitored. Standardized operating procedures and production records help ensure consistent manufacturing conditions across each production batch. For high-volume or long-term precision stamping projects, we also monitor tooling wear and equipment conditions to maintain an optimal balance between production efficiency, dimensional accuracy, and stable product quality.

STEP 06

Quality Inspection & Secondary Processing

After stamping is completed, products are inspected according to customer drawings and specifications. Dimensional tolerances, hole positions, bends, burrs, appearance, and other critical characteristics are carefully verified. Goang Huah Metal utilizes vision measuring equipment and other inspection tools to improve the efficiency and reliability of precision dimensional inspection. Depending on product requirements, we can also coordinate secondary processes such as plating, electroless nickel plating, heat treatment, cleaning, tapping, and other surface treatments. Necessary inspections are conducted again after secondary processing to ensure that the finished products meet the required specifications through multiple stages of quality control.

STEP 07

Packaging, Shipping & After-Sales Support

After final quality inspection, products are packaged according to their characteristics and customer requirements to minimize the risk of scratches, impact damage, deformation, or moisture during handling and transportation. Before shipment, product quantities, production batches, and shipping information are carefully verified to ensure accurate delivery. Our service continues beyond shipment. For future production requirements, specification changes, new product development, or quality-related matters, we provide ongoing communication and technical support. Through consistent quality, flexible production capabilities, and long-term cooperation, Goang Huah Metal strives to be a trusted partner for precision metal stamping manufacturing.
